PM hopes DRB-Hicom, Geely JV project will help local talents, businesses

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 11 — DRB-Hicom Bhd and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co Ltd (Geely Holding) marked another significant milestone in developing the Automotive Hi-Tech Valley (AHTV) in Tanjong Malim, Perak, by a joint-venture (JV) agreement signing between the two companies today.

Airbus, Air France discuss joint venture for A350 component support

AMSTERDAM, Sept 5 — Air France-KLM and Airbus, two aviation engineering companies, said on Tuesday that they agreed to enter into exclusive negotiations for a 50-50 joint venture to offer maintenance services of Airbus A350 components, reported dpa news agency.

Venturetech eyes RM100mln investment under JV company with SBI

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 17 — VentureTECH is targeting at least RM100 million of investments under the establishment of a joint-venture investment company via a partnership with SBI Ventures Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Japan-based SBI Holdings Inc Japan.
